By using Attendance Tracker, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms,
please discontinue use of our service.
Service Description
Attendance Tracker helps students track class attendance, manage academic schedules, receive attendance warnings, and edit past attendance records with proper justification. Our app provides:
- Daily attendance tracking with multiple status options
- Weekly and monthly reporting features
- Attendance streak tracking and gamification
- Excel export functionality
- Theme customization and personalization
User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information
- Use the service for legitimate educational purposes only
- Maintain account security
- Do not manipulate device time/date to falsify attendance
- Provide truthful reasons when editing past attendance records
- Use the edit feature responsibly and only for legitimate corrections
Prohibited Uses
- Sharing accounts with others
- Attempting to access other users' data
- Using the service for non-educational purposes
- Circumventing security measures
- Providing false reasons for attendance edits
- Abusing the edit attendance feature
Account Management
- You are responsible for your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
- We may suspend accounts for terms violations
- Edit history and audit logs are maintained for account integrity
Service Availability
- We strive for 99% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service
- Maintenance may cause temporary outages
- We are not liable for data loss due to technical issues
- Firebase services may affect availability
Intellectual Property
- The app and its features are our intellectual property
- You retain ownership of your attendance data and edit records
- You may not reverse engineer or copy the application
Data Integrity & Edit Policy
- Edit attendance feature is limited to 7 days from original date
- All edits require valid justification and are permanently logged
- Edit abuse may result in account suspension
- Original attendance data is preserved for audit purposes
Limitation of Liability
- Service provided "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for academic consequences of attendance tracking
- Maximum liability limited to service fees (currently $0)
- Not responsible for decisions based on edited attendance data
Termination
- Either party may terminate service at any time
- Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy
- Edit audit logs may be retained for legal compliance
- These terms survive termination where applicable
Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms with notice
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes
- Major changes will be highlighted to users
Governing Law
These terms are governed by Cambodia's Laws. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local regulations.
